These Terms govern your access to and use of ReportHubs. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using ReportHubs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ReportHubs provides analytics dashboards, collaboration tooling, and data sharing functionality for marketing agencies and their clients. We may update or modify the services at any time, but we will not remove core functionality without adequate notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reporthubs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using the service, you grant ReportHubs a limited license to process data solely for providing and improving the product.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer components, or use ReportHubs for unlawful activities.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time, and we will deactivate access at the end of your current subscription period.
ReportHubs is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
