Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your data and your clients' data. This policy explains how.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account details (name, email address, organization), billing details provided by you or your payment provider, usage data such as feature interactions, and marketing platform credentials that you explicitly connect. Aggregated performance metrics pulled from Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other providers are cached only to render dashboards for you and your clients.

2. How We Use Data

We use personal data to authenticate users, deliver dashboards, provide customer support, send service announcements, and improve product performance. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising networks unrelated to ReportHubs. Aggregated analytics may be used to understand product adoption, but individual client data always remains isolated to your workspace.

3. Subprocessors & Third Parties

We rely on vetted subprocessors to operate the platform: Cloudflare provides global CDN, DDoS protection, and web application firewall services; Microsoft Clarity helps us capture anonymized product analytics and session replay data to debug UX issues; Postmark handles transactional email; Stripe processes payments. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement and only receives the minimum data required to perform its task.

4. Security & Storage

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2+ and stored using encrypted-at-rest infrastructure. Access to production systems is limited to a small operations team using audited, least-privilege roles. We monitor Cloudflare and platform logs for anomalous activity and run regular vulnerability scans.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You can disconnect connected ad platforms at any time from your workspace settings, update account information through the product, or request access, correction, or portability by emailing support@reporthubs.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

6. Deletion & Retention Policy

We retain customer data for the duration of an active subscription. When you cancel, dashboards and synced metrics are scheduled for deletion within 30 days, while billing records may be stored for up to seven years to meet legal obligations. If you want to delete your data sooner, you have two options:
  1. Self-serve deletion: sign in, open yourAccount Settings, and use the Delete Account control. This removes your profile, organizations, connected Meta tokens, and cached insights immediately.
  2. Email request: if you cannot sign in, emailsupport@reporthubs.comwith the subject “Delete my ReportHubs data.” Include the email you used to sign up. We verify the request and purge all personal data within 30 days, instructing our subprocessors (Cloudflare, Postmark, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to do the same.
